Your right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order (the legal minimum). OMG FITS offers a return window of 14 days.

How to return

• Tell us you want to return by emailing support@omgfits.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the items back or you have shown proof of sending them.

You may be liable for any loss of value caused by handling the items beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty items

Under EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. If something is faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.
